Existing Floor Space versus Actual Space Requirements
Develop from the design briefing and space planning into design layout
Produce image and design boards to portray the Interior Design concept
Select and provide options for supply items
Coordinate closely with suppliers to produce mock-ups of intended systems with the approved plans and design boards
Develop full drawing set and specifications by coordinating with our meticulous Project Management team until project completion
Design and build functional interiors with powerful statements for striking appearance in resemblance of accomplishments
Consider modular designs and inconspicuously elegant guise with versatilities and uniqueness aspects in all our projects
All site supervision to meetings and reports to be well-managed and achieved on time
Work closely with Clients and all suppliers or traders from beginning to avoid the slightest variation of additional costs or time
Create a complete project schedule and programme of works with meticulous co-ordination with selected tender suppliers and contractors, nominated building M&E contractors, etc.
Involve directly in tender returns selection through analysis with our Clients
Ensure proper synchronisation on site with appointed contractor, suppliers and building management
Attend regular site meetings progression reports and management co-ordination
Contemplate the slightest aspect on project schedule, changes or any additional items before actual implementation
